Ashley is currently a Ph.D. student at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Department of Human Genetics within the lab of Dr. Jacob McCauley. She earned her B.S. in applied mathematics from Presbyterian College and her M.S. in biostatistics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Her current research interests include the use of bioinformatics tools to discover genetic variation underlying risk for multiple sclerosis. Ashley enjoys running and singing in her free time.
